Housing Development on Locko Road, Lower Pilsley in Chesterfield

Following the success of the development at Poplar Grove, JCAD were again appointed by Poplar Farm Developments Ltd to produce initial Architectural designs and site layouts for a residential development to maximise the potential of a plot of land which bordered, but was outside of the main village envelope.

After agreeing an overall site layout and house designs with Poplar Farm Developments Ltd, JCAD again successfully negotiated and achieved full planning approval for the site with a scheme consisting of Seven new family homes before preparing detailed construction drawings for Building regulations approval and construction issue.

The scheme is broadly detailed below.

Existing Plot – An open rectangular plot fronting onto Locko Road, whilst outside of the main village settlement the west of the site abuts the village envelope and is ideally located to continue the streets existing ribbon development.

Proposal – The construction of the development in to commence late 2014 and will form a new exclusive development of seven family homes varying between four and five bedrooms.

Utilising good quality materials and individual house types for each plot the scheme will provide  elegant and much needed new housing stick in the small and sought after village of Lower Pilsley.
