A contemporary extension new kitchen and dinning area
The original property had been extended several times and the brief was to provide a further extension which unified the scheme into a bright, modern home. The proposed works was a two storey rear extension in Dronfield with a full house renovation.
Design Process
The new house extension provided a new open plan, kitchen dining and sitting space, which links well to smaller break-out study and music spaces. Timber cladding has been used to soften the proposal and link it to the mature planting and trees in the garden and surrounding area.
